About Jim Foster

Jim Foster is the Director of Customer Support for Poly. In this role, he oversees the companyโ€™s global frontline support function and is a lead customer support strategist, leading a worldwide team that is passionate about delivering world-class service and solutions for Polyโ€™s partners and customers. Jim joined Poly in January 2006 and brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, operations, services, and solution support for enterprise technology companies. Jim has a degree in Electronic Engineering and has studied at UC Berkley.
